Learn how to use RoutePay Pro to track routes, estimate pay, import screenshots, and stay organized.
Friendly guide for getting startedStart here if youโre new
RoutePay Pro works best when you set it up first, then use the Calendar as your main daily hub.
Complete Settings
Set up your pay rates, schedule, employment start date, shift time, and personal assumptions.
Open Calendar
Use Calendar as your daily home base for entries, totals, pay estimates, and vacation planning.
Import or Enter Route
Upload screenshots through the importer or enter a route manually in RoutePay Pro.
Review Pay & Events
Check mileage, event pay, wait time, night pay, weekend pay, and any importer results.
Save the Day
Save your route or pay activity to Calendar so your monthly totals stay organized.
Sync or Back Up
Use cloud sync or restore points when available so your data is protected across devices.
Calendar
Calendar stores your daily route and pay entries, monthly totals, vacation planning, pay estimates, and daily details. Think of it as your RoutePay Pro command center.
- View daily route/pay entries.
- Track monthly totals and estimates.
- Plan vacation and PTO days.
- Open saved day details when you need to review them.
Screenshot Importer
The importer lets you upload route/load screenshots or Pay Activity screenshots. It helps read trip details, events, wait time, and pay-related information.
- Upload screenshots in the correct order.
- Review imported information before saving.
- Edit anything that looks wrong.
- Only upload screenshots related to your own work activity.
Manual RoutePay Pro
Manual RoutePay Pro lets you enter your start time, current location, stores or stops, Load ID, trailer number, and route details to calculate ETD and pay estimates.
- Enter start time and location.
- Add stores or stops.
- Add optional Load ID and trailer number.
- Calculate ETD, event pay, and route estimates.
Income Estimator
Income Estimator helps you project annual earnings using your schedule, average miles, daily pay, night incentive, weekend incentive, YTD earnings, and income goal.
- Compare work schedules.
- Estimate yearly income.
- Track progress toward your goal.
- Adjust assumptions when pay or schedules change.
Settings
Settings controls the personal assumptions RoutePay Pro uses across the app, including pay rates, schedule, shift start time, employment start date, PTO/vacation, taxes, and ADP settings.
- Set mileage and event pay assumptions.
- Set default schedule and shift start time.
- Set employment start date for auto-rate logic.
- Update PTO, vacation, taxes, and ADP assumptions.
Backup & Restore
Backup and restore helps protect your data. Restore points may include latest, yesterday, 7-day, and 30-day backups for logged-in members.
- Latest: your most recent saved cloud version.
- Yesterday: a recent previous restore point.
- 7-day: a backup from about a week ago.
- 30-day: a backup from about a month ago.
Quick fixes before contacting support
Most issues come from settings, screenshot quality, or data not being synced yet. Try these first:
- Importer looks wrong Review the imported results and edit anything incorrect before saving. Blurry, cropped, or out-of-order screenshots can cause mistakes.
- Pay total looks wrong Check your Settings and compare against official pay rules. RoutePay Pro estimates pay; official payroll records are final.
- Data is missing Try cloud sync or Backup & Restore if available. If you changed browsers, cleared storage, or changed phones, local data may not appear.
- Still stuck? Contact support and include the page you were using, what happened, your device/browser, and a screenshot if possible.
