What RoutePay Pro does
RoutePay Pro is a driver tool that helps users estimate pay, organize route and load information, track calendar entries, import screenshots, estimate income, save store notes, upload work-related store or dock photos, and restore saved data.
RoutePay Pro is designed as a personal tracking and organization tool for drivers. It is not a payroll provider, employer system, dispatch system, legal service, accounting service, or official recordkeeping authority.
RoutePay Pro is not official payroll software.
RoutePay Pro provides estimates and organization tools only. Final pay is determined by your employer, official payroll records, official pay activity, dispatch records, and any other official systems used by your employer.
RoutePay Pro does not guarantee accuracy. Pay estimates, mileage estimates, event calculations, imported screenshot results, calendar totals, income projections, and backup data may contain mistakes or outdated information.
You are responsible for reviewing your information.
RoutePay Pro works best when the information you enter or upload is accurate. You are responsible for:
- Entering accurate route, load, pay, schedule, and settings information.
- Reviewing imported screenshots before saving or relying on the results.
- Verifying pay, mileage, events, and totals with official employer records.
- Correcting mistakes, missing events, wrong dates, wrong times, wrong mileage, or incorrect estimates.
- Using your own judgment before making decisions based on RoutePay Pro.
Importer and screenshot rules
RoutePay Pro may allow you to upload screenshots or images for the purpose of organizing, estimating, and reviewing your own driver activity.
- You may only upload screenshots or images related to your own route, load, pay activity, or work records.
- You may not upload unrelated files, private information belonging to others, copyrighted material you do not have permission to use, confidential company documents, bulk data dumps, spam, abusive content, or illegal material.
- RoutePay Pro is not a general document importer, file storage service, or bulk data extraction tool.
- RoutePay Pro may limit, reject, delete, or disable uploads that appear excessive, unrelated, unsafe, abusive, or outside the intended purpose of the service.
Rules for store notes and photos
RoutePay Pro may allow users to save notes or photos related to stores, docks, parking areas, entrances, or other driver-useful work details.
- Users may only upload useful, work-related dock, store, parking, or route notes and photos.
- Users may not upload faces, private customer information, confidential paperwork, offensive content, or anything that violates someone elseโs rights.
- Users should avoid uploading license plates when possible.
- RoutePay Pro may remove photos or notes at any time, especially if they appear unsafe, unrelated, inaccurate, abusive, private, or inappropriate.
