How RoutePay Pro collects, uses, stores, and protects your information.
Your data should help you — not surprise youRoutePay Pro stores information to make the app work.
RoutePay Pro is a driver tool for tracking routes, pay estimates, calendar entries, screenshots, store notes, and related work activity. Some information may be stored on your device, and some may be synced to RoutePay Pro cloud storage if you are logged in and use cloud features.
This Privacy Policy explains what may be collected, why it is used, and how you can request deletion of your RoutePay Pro data. This page is for general information and is not legal advice.
Information RoutePay Pro may collect or store
Depending on how you use the app, RoutePay Pro may collect or store the following types of information:
- Account information, such as your name, username, email address, login status, and membership status.
- RoutePay settings, such as pay rates, schedule, employment start date, default shift time, tax/ADP settings, PTO settings, and vacation settings.
- Calendar and pay tracking data, such as routes, loads, trip IDs, trailer numbers, mileage, events, pay estimates, wait time notes, and daily totals.
- Uploaded screenshots used by the importer to help read route, load, or pay activity information.
- Uploaded store or dock photos, notes, labels, store numbers, and related photo metadata.
- Contact form messages and support requests you send to RoutePay Pro.
- Technical information, such as device, browser, and troubleshooting details needed to keep the app working properly.
Information we do not intentionally collect
RoutePay Pro is not designed to collect sensitive personal records that are not needed for the app to function.
- No Social Security numbers.
- No bank account numbers.
- No official payroll login credentials.
- No medical information.
- No personal financial account access.
Please do not upload or send this type of information through RoutePay Pro, the importer, contact forms, store notes, photos, or support messages.
How RoutePay Pro uses information
RoutePay Pro uses your information to provide the app features you choose to use. This may include:
- Saving and restoring your RoutePay Pro data.
- Calculating pay, mileage, event, and schedule estimates.
- Helping you track routes, loads, calendar entries, screenshots, notes, and photos.
- Providing support and troubleshooting.
- Improving the app, reliability, layout, and user experience.
Browser storage and cloud storage
Some RoutePay Pro data may be stored locally on your device or browser. This helps the app remember your settings, calendar entries, pay information, and other work-related details.
If you are logged in and use cloud sync or backup features, some data may also be synced to RoutePay Pro cloud storage so you can restore it later, use another device, or recover information if your browser data is cleared.
Clearing your browser data, switching devices, using private browsing, or changing browsers may affect locally stored RoutePay Pro information unless cloud sync or backup features are being used.
Uploaded screenshots and photos
RoutePay Pro may allow you to upload screenshots for importer tools or photos related to store, dock, parking, or route notes. Uploaded photos may be stored in the WordPress Media Library or another storage area used by the website.
Only upload screenshots or photos that relate to your own work activity and that you have permission to use.
Do not upload unrelated private information, other people’s personal information, confidential paperwork, medical information, bank information, login credentials, offensive content, or anything you do not have the right to share.
Who can access your data
You can access the RoutePay Pro information saved to your account or device through the app features available to you.
RoutePay Pro site administrators or support personnel may access limited user data when needed for support, troubleshooting, safety, abuse prevention, technical maintenance, account management, or legal compliance.
RoutePay Pro does not sell your personal data.
Emails, app updates, and affiliate links
RoutePay Pro may send service-related emails, such as account notices, maintenance updates, support replies, security notices, billing notices, and important changes to the service.
If you choose to receive optional updates or deal emails, RoutePay Pro may also send driver tips, product suggestions, promotions, or other announcements. Some emails or in-app updates may contain affiliate links.
This means RoutePay Pro may earn a commission if you click a link and make a purchase, at no extra cost to you. Affiliate links help support RoutePay Pro and help keep the app as affordable as possible.
You may unsubscribe from optional promotional or deal emails. Important account, security, billing, support, or service-related emails may still be sent when necessary.
Data deletion
You may request deletion of your RoutePay Pro account data by contacting support.
Deleting your RoutePay Pro data may remove saved settings, calendar entries, pay history, importer history, notes, and other stored app information associated with your account, depending on what data exists.
Some backups, logs, transaction records, security records, or technical records may remain for a limited time if needed for security, legal, payment, abuse prevention, or technical reasons.
Security
RoutePay Pro uses reasonable safeguards to help protect stored information. However, no website, app, server, database, browser storage system, or cloud storage system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure and for avoiding the upload of sensitive information that RoutePay Pro does not need.
Not affiliated with any employer
RoutePay Pro is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Walmart Inc. or any other employer unless specifically stated in writing.
Any company names, employer names, store references, or work-related terms are used only to help users organize their own work activity. They do not imply partnership, approval, or endorsement.
