Estimate & Organization Tool — Not Official Payroll
⚠️
Important Disclaimer

RoutePay Pro is not official payroll software.

RoutePay Pro is a personal tool for estimating and organizing your pay. It does not issue payments and it is not connected to your company’s payroll.

Your final pay is determined by your employer, their payroll system, dispatch records, and official pay activity — not by RoutePay Pro.

RoutePay Pro’s numbers can be wrong if you enter incorrect information, upload unclear or blurry screenshots, or if the pay rules change. Always treat these numbers as an estimate to double-check, not a guarantee.

What It Helps You Track

What RoutePay Pro helps track

RoutePay Pro is built to help you keep a clear, day-to-day picture of your work and your estimated pay so nothing slips through the cracks. It can help you keep an eye on:

  • Mileage estimates
  • Trip and load events
  • Arrive, stop, hook, live unload, stop drop, arrive drop, layover, wait time, and related event pay
  • Night pay estimates
  • Weekend pay estimates
  • Calendar totals
  • Pay activity comparisons
  • Possible missing events
Your Responsibility

What you’re responsible for

RoutePay Pro works best when the information going into it is correct. Because it can’t see your official records on its own, a few things are up to you:

  • Drivers must verify their official pay activity against what RoutePay Pro shows.
  • Drivers must review imported screenshots to make sure they were read correctly.
  • Drivers must confirm pay rules with their employer if anything looks off.
  • Drivers must correct any inaccurate imported results before relying on them.

Only upload screenshots related to your own route, load, pay activity, or work records. Do not upload unrelated, private, confidential, copyrighted, or unauthorized material.

Rules Can Change

Pay rules may change over time

The trucking world changes, and pay does too. Mileage rates, event rates, incentive rules, payroll procedures, store rules, and employer policies can all change — sometimes without RoutePay Pro knowing about it right away.

When a rule changes, RoutePay Pro’s estimates may be out of date until they’re updated. If your real pay doesn’t match what you see here, the official rule always wins. Check with your employer for the current, correct numbers.

Independent Tool

Not affiliated with any employer

RoutePay Pro is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Walmart Inc. or any other employer — unless that connection is specifically stated in writing.

Any company names are used only to help drivers describe their own work. They do not imply any partnership or approval.

Use RoutePay Pro as your co-pilot, not the final word

Use RoutePay Pro as a personal tracking and review tool — a helpful way to stay organized and spot mistakes. It is not a final payroll authority. Your employer’s official pay records always come first.
